Coaching is a tailored solution to the challenges you face as a business leader, team manager, or team member. It is a powerful tool that enables individuals to surpass themselves and helps the organization to which they belong achieve effective progress.

The coaching mission comes in various forms: individual coaching, team coaching, and organizational coaching.

My foundational coaching training was conducted at Coach Académie, a specialized school for professional coaching with expertise rooted in North American and European practices. I receive year-round supervision from Claude Arribas, ANSE France, a specialist in systemic coaching.

I subsequently decided to specialize my practice by pursuing a certification in systemic team coaching. This type of coaching is highly pragmatic and results-oriented, which aligns perfectly with my approach. Having spent half of my career in corporate environments, including as a member of international executive committees, I believe coaching should be practical and concrete—focused on action plans, performance, and efficiency, with measurable results supporting sustainable development.

I am a certified systemic team coach by Claude Arribas, ANSE France, through Alain Cardon’s Métasystème program.
