Commercial Service Specialist

VF Corporation is looking for a COMMERCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST (EMEA) to join our Commercial Service Team based in Stabio.

Let’s talk about the role!

You will be part of the Comercial Service team and work closely in connection with the Head of Commercial Services and the Process Re-design and Governance Lead establishing the foundation for more effective and efficient service to customer redesigning processes and governance. The major accountability will be supporting the team with day to day activities in relation to the following areas: customer data managment, standard terms and conditions application, redefinition of order creation, risks assesment and new governance structure according to Customer Personas. This will allow a reduction of transactional activities for the Brands, enabling more on Customer management, increased level of service and efficiency.

Additional accountabilities

Work with Sales, MCO Teams and key brand stakeholder understanding needs and expectation in relation to Service Model change;

Define and document with tools, reports and follow up insights to support better decision making while assessing processess re-design and Service Model definitions;

Perform data analysis and validation with Brand Teams supporting the Engage to order stream;

Comunicate and share analysis findings using various tools and techniques;

Monitor and mesure with an anaytical and business relevant approach the impacts and outcomes of implemented solutions;

Support Commercial Team in creating rules of engagment and processess for Customer agreements to ensure they get executed in-line with the approved operational and financial parameters;

Participate and support with ad hoc analysis and insight customer centric process flow by Personas, ensuring they are applicable and undertood at Brand level by the key stakeholders.

Skills and attributes for success

• The scope of your experience should cover:
• Clear understanding of Sales processes and organization;
• End to end Order to Cash process knowledge;
• Project experience in standardization, digitalization, and automation;
• Experience in managing change inclusive programs;
• Ability to establish new approval flows and rules of engagements with vision and acumen;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both confidence and credibility to influence a network of varying degrees of seniority;
• Commitment to quality and customer centricity while removing impediments and dependencies that hinder the workflow redesign;
• Drive for results and performance optimization monitoring and revaluating with defined frequency the progress, the outcomes and the benefits/risks of the projects;
• Technical excellence and continuous improvement approach;
• Empathetic personality with excellent team skills, enjoying working in a collaborative and inclusive environment;
