The 2RIDE Group brings together leading brands (Shark, Nolan, Bering, Segura,Troy Lee Designs and Cairn) in motorbike and outdoor equipment.

To support the strong development of TROPHY company (Bering and Segura brands), we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager M/F. This position will be based in Paris France.

 

You will supervise all marketing and communication activities relating to the function. In this role, you will coordinate a team of 4 people as well as external service providers.

You will deploy a global strategy with the aim of promoting the brands and their products internationally and consolidating their premium positioning.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

 

Marketing:

  • Build and deploy the brand’s 360° marketing strategy in France and internationally
  • Refine brand positioning and style guide ensuring they are understood and used properly by our partners
  • Develop brand awareness and value worldwide
  • Manage and support local sales and marketing teams around the world (direct markets or distributors) and ensure that the marketing strategy is properly implemented
  • Build the go to market plan: define the key messages, identify the levers, and create a costed action plan in synergy with product and sales teams
  • Build an ambassador and event strategy
  • Draw up a detailed marketing plan for athletes/ambassadors and events
  • Negotiate and manage the various partnership contracts
  • Work with the product and sales team to adapt the brand plans in international markets
  • Develop sales support tools for sales representatives, distributors, and retailers in the various regions
  • Propose a trade marketing plan and deploy it by building the sales support tools required by the teams
  • Build strategic market insights and data with product and sales teams
  • Study the ROI of the marketing plan

 

Communication:

  • Define the external and internal communication strategy in conjunction with general management
  • Deploying a clear action plan using all marketing levers (social media, public relations, trade, etc.) to make the most effective connection plan with target consumers,
  • Develop brand content and assets, organizes photos and videos shootings
  • Make sure brand content are easy to access for partners
  • Run communication campaign, keeping a constant watch on the market to analyze its reaction and adapt its communication,
  • Support brands website developments and lead content management
  • Support Direct to consumer E-commerce plans
  • Build and run a CRM plan, using and enriching consumer database
  • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic external partners for the brand (service providers, agencies, etc.),
  • Build a close relationship with athletes and create an exchange to identify opportunities
  • Coordinating the roll-out of the communications plans to foreign subsidiaries and distributors,
  • Deploying events (seminars, racing and trade fairs) as well as showrooms and in-store merchandising,
  • Lead sales conference and client events developments

 

At a more general level:

  • Drawing up and monitoring budgets, reports, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Organize the activities of the marketing and communications department
  • Identify individual and collective support needs
  • Provide training and support teams in their development
  • Facilitating the flow of information and interaction between teams and with other departments,
