The 2RIDE Group, based in Lyon, brings together leading brands (Shark, Nolan, Bering, Segura, Troy Lee Designs and Cairn) in motorbike and outdoor equipment.
To support its strong development, ASPOM is looking for an E-Commerce EMEA & EXPORT Director M/F.
This position will be based in Lyon, France.
Reporting to the EMEA & EXPORT General Manager and under his validation, you will define the area Digital Strategy supervising the teams dedicated to the channels: D2C, Marketplaces and Digital Key Accounts.
Roles and responsibilities:
- You define the E-commerce 2RIDE strategy (D2C, Marketplaces, Digital Key Account),
- You roll out the E Commerce platform in collaboration with the relevant departments working with the team in the US and Canada
- In collaboration with the departments involved in the D2C, you will draw up the procedures for its operation and development,
- You identify the Digital KAs to create a strong partnership to develop the D2C business,
- You analyze Digital KAs to classify them and decide on the strategy to follow,
- You recruit the digital team that will manage the D2C platform as well as the Digital KAs and the marketplace,
- You coordinate the North American digital team as leader on the digital division
- You ensure the implementation of an appropriate security policy in terms of tools and data exchange protection,
- You create sales management and data analysis indicators, to be able to measure the site’s performance and the development of online sales,
- You ensure the listing of the offer on the identified specialized marketplaces and manage its evolution,
- You organize the human, financial and technical resources necessary to implement the e-commerce strategy,
- To keep your management informed, you set up precise and constant reporting on the progress of your actions and the results that flow from them.
