Director, Global SAP Transformation Delivery Lead

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Director, Global SAP Transformation Delivery Lead to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As the Director, Global SAP Transformation Delivery Lead, you will lead global and enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic and transformational initiatives.

You will take ownership of large-scale, high-impact SAP transformation programs, leading and guiding the daily activities of team members across multiple interrelated programs at a macro level to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services and the overall success of the program.

Excellent communication skills are essential for managing large teams, consulting partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

How you will make a difference:

• Drive and manage the delivery and support of business applications for the common ERP platform globally, including M&A programs.
• Lead the Global DT Big Bet ERP Consolidation initiative and ensure the successful implementation of SAP S4 programs globally
• Collaborate with business, integrator, and IT teams to design and implement ERP projects within mutually agreed budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee the integrity, availability, and security of the ERP application solution, ensuring systems meet established IT goals.
• Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, SOW review, and execution for multi-millions dollar global contracts.
• Develop effective plans and budgets for cross-functional implementation success, drive initial requirements gathering, and create execution plans.
• Form and lead program resources, ensuring the availability of Subject Matter Experts required for execution.
• Define strategic benefits, cost efficiency, and increased sales/margin, and ensure program outcomes align with these criteria.
• Manage program governance processes, actively engage stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

Skills for Success

• 15+ years of related experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership abilities, including team mobilization and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, build integrated teams, and lead presentations.
• Ability to promote innovative ideas and lead change.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and risk management.
• Strong financial management and organizational change management skills, with an effective consultative approach.
• Proven experience in leading large global ERP/SAP transformation programs and functional areas such as FI, OTC, PTP, or PP.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, project management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in the global wholesale apparel or retail industry is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ERP areas and business areas supported, including customer service, planning, master data, sales, logistics/distribution, procurement, manufacturing, global sourcing, finance, and reporting.
