Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling) is looking for an exceptional Digital Sales Analyst, Strategic Accounts to join our Digital Key Accounts team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

You will support the growth of the Packs EMEA strategic digital key accounts, providing in-depth analysis that will power business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analysing data as well as advising on trends to drive decision-making and optimization of business processes. In support of the day-to-day operations of the business, you will be interacting with multiple departments (E.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Ops.) to achieve efficiencies and develop and document streamlined processes. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Key Accounts and be a key contributor with the Digital Key Account (DKA) Team.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will:
- Competence to mine, analyze and leverage sales, consumer and market data to address business questions and help inform decisions.
- Adept at working with different data sets to inform Business decisions i.e. know which data resource to leverage, presenting different analysis approaches and techniques.
- Superbly communicate, present and visualize data in a clear manner so it is easy for the audience to digest, highlighting the most critical elements.
- In partnership with the strategic account manager analyze category specific sell-thru performance on a weekly basis with a focus on seasonal trends, marketing launches, key items, and inventory risks/opportunities across digital key accounts.
- Manage strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners, leaning on the expertise and reporting framework / governance provided by Sales Operations and Planning.
- Combine purchase order data with marketplace sell-thru to tell one story. Create channel recaps with business insights and clean trends across the DKA Marketplace.
- Present risks and opportunities to the strategic account team to ensure we maximize in-season marketplace inventory, powering a solution-led approach.
How you will do it:
- Standardize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal recaps across DKA channels. Working with the DTC team to understand synergies / trends on marketplace performance.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of current reporting tools in order to streamline, consolidate and improve where needed.
- Develop and maintain a rolling forecast capturing consumer demand, historical sell out and strategic choices.
- Build seasonal forecasts for all strategic key accounts using all data available (e.g. historical sell out, sell in, demand, historical missed demand, traffic, confirmation, stock position) in close collaboration with the strategic account manager.
- Manage the DKA operational seasonal calendar and task list for the successful and timely delivery on seasonal forecasts for upcoming season(s).
- Maintain brand knowledge of seasonal assortments and key account strategies to support sell-thru reporting.
- Be a subject matter expert for Digital marketplace analytics and how to use tools including, but not limited to, Vendor Central.
- Stay extremely organized on prioritization, deadlines, weekly tracking, and accuracy/completeness of deliverables.
What success looks like:
- Ensure clear, consistent, and relevant analytics are developed and distributed consistently to the digital key account team.
- Develop teammates and cross-functional partners with best-in-class reporting and processes.
- Build trust across the organization through data integrity, reliability, and insights.
- Staying organized and managing prioritization of deliverables and timelines for completion.
- Escalate risks and opportunities to Senior Manager, in a timely manner.
Skills for Success
A University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and/or a proven qualification in Data Analysis or Big Data or proven experience in Retail Excellence, Sales Ops. or Supply chain are required pre-requisites.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- at least 3-5 years of experience as data analyst.
- Experience in complex corporate, matrix environments.
- Knowledge and experience with applying data visualization techniques.
- Microsoft Office – advanced Excel skills; the ability to collect, analyse, interpret, build relationship models including databases, pivot tables, and macros.
- Solid navigational and editing experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a strict attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines; flexibility and nimbleness are key in this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Curious, with a global understanding and outlook, and ardent desire to continually learn and evolve.
