Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling) is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our Digital Commerce team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the AMAZON business for our Eastpak, Jansport, and Kipling brands. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of these brands by fostering strong relationships with Amazon and ensuring the seamless execution of brand strategies.

You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. In addition to managing client relationships, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Operations, Planning and Allocation, Product, and Merchandising, to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.

A critical focus of this role will be ensuring that we have the right product at the right time, leaning on historical sales data, demand forecasts, and net receipts forecasts to optimize inventory management and meet customer demand.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with AMAZON by acting as the main go-to person.

  • Co-develop and execute the 3 yr strategy plan with AMAZON and ensure all needs are covered to achieve short/mid and long-term goals.

  • Work in close partnership with planning & demand to ensure customer’s needs are met. Drive the S&OP calls with customer to act as a bridge builder between the AMAZON and Packs.

  • Drive the Rolling Forecast process combining customers demand forecast, our stock position and business’s financial targets

  • Work with Digital marketing team and the AMAZON advertising team to drive demand and maximise key consumer moments.

  • Ensure the brands are presented on the platform in the best possible way, implementing strong processes that support the end-to-end lifecycle of product, from seasonal onboarding to sell thru (seasonal templates, PDP, A+ content.)

  • Drive and facilitate weekly meetings with the vendor manager and AVS team to ensure alignment and progress on key topics (reorders, deals, stock cover, initiatives).

  • Manage and report on performance, providing visibility and clear insight to the broader business and key stakeholders.

Skills for Success

  • You have a strong commercial background

  • You have extensive years of experience in a strategic key account role is a must with the additional advantage of having direct line management and shown to have developed talent.

  • You worked with or at AMAZON before or you are familiar with their trading model.

  • You are analytical and curious with a make-it-happen mentality.

  • You’re a strong communicator and long and profound negotiations don’t scare you, they rather give you energy and an experienced storyteller able to identify commercial opportunities with the data available. You love guiding clients through collections and helping them make the right choices to develop growth for both parties.

  • You know the world of fashion, its market trends, and its specific challenges when it comes to planning and stock management and are equipped with the right skills to win over others both internal as external.

  • A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
